HR Business partnering with Line managers/ stakeholders for daytoday HR issues and resolving them as per policies/practices and guidelines.
Responsible for submission of HR MIS ( Regular and amp; Adhoc) as needed by group or country stakeholders
Plan and amp; conduct Induction programme for new joiners and Orientation programme of senior positions.
Working with HR team/Line manager/cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate submission of HR cost forecasting/provisioning / reporting /requirements.
Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar for the employees based on Skill Map Analysis for the phase wise development of training modules and continuous process of capacity building.
Responsible for executing performance management system and completion of annual performance appraisal
Responsible for execution of all Engagement Rewards and amp; Recognition programmes calendar
Responsible for managing employee benefits administration like statutory benefits and amp; health Insurance etc.
Formulation of policies related to Employee relations Compensation Transfer Promotion Grievance Redressal and Exit.
Ensuring all the HR/compliances vendors life cycle managed effectively from contract to invoice payment.
Responsible to ensure all statutory client and vendor compliances are adhered in time bound manner.
Liaison with Govt. Departments and Labour office for the compilation circulation and dissemination of required information.
