Digital Marketing Specialist - Investment amp Real-estate development

Job Brief:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) with experience in real estate development and investment. The successful candidate will support the execution of strategic digital marketing campaigns utilizing their knowledge in the real estate sector to contribute to revenue growth and brand development.

Responsibilities:

Support in Strategic Planning:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns tailored for real estate development and investment.
• Support strategic initiatives that contribute to business objectives enhance brand visibility and engage potential investors.

Campaign Execution:

• Help manage the lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution specifically designed for the real estate market.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across different real estate projects.

Enhance Client Engagement:

• Understand the goals of clients and investors contributing to digital strategies that align with their expectations.
• Help maintain strong relationships with clients and investors assisting in communications and updates regarding digital marketing activities.

Data Management and Insights:

• Gather and analyze digital marketing data assisting in the preparation of reports for stakeholders that provide insights into campaign performance.
• Support the analysis of campaign data to recommend improvements and optimizations for marketing strategies.

Optimization and Techniques Application:

• Monitor ongoing campaign performance suggesting and implementing optimization techniques specific to the real estate industry.
• Aid in the application of advanced SEO and SEM practices to boost the online presence of real estate developments.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.).
• Experience with SEO and SEM particularly in real estate marketing.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
