First point of contact for users who are experiencing IT issues. This role requires a serviceoriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to resolve technical problems. The analyst will provide support and guidance to users ensuring the efficient operation of the organizations IT infrastructure.
- Provide firstlevel contact and convey resolutions to user issues.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Track route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Update user data and produce activity reports.
- Walk customers through problemsolving processes.
- Follow up with users provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations.
- Ensure proper recording documentation and closure.
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures products and services.
