Data Analyst - The Pearl Gates

As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather and interpret data from various sources including property listings market trends client feedback and internal databases.

Perform thorough data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful patterns and trends.

2. Reporting and Visualization:

Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

Visualize data using graphs charts and other visual aids to facilitate understanding and decisionmaking processes.

3. Market Research and Insights:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities trends and competitive landscapes within the real estate industry.

Generate actionable insights to support business development marketing strategies and client acquisition efforts.

4. Predictive Modeling and Forecasting:

Build predictive models to forecast market trends property values and customer behavior.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement predictive analytics solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

5. Datadriven Strategy Development:

Partner with senior management to define KPIs benchmarks and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize operational processes improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Economics Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in the real estate industry with a strong understanding of property markets and trends.
• Proficiency in data querying languages (SQL) statistical software (Python/R) and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
