Java Software Engineer Angular

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for Java Software Engineer for an interesting remote project from Portugal to UK. It is essential at least 3 years of experience with Java and experience working with Angular in Frontend.

Functions

Being an important part of the team as an engineer as we strategically land our Document Management blueprint.

Delivering high quality product and services aligned to the Bank 3 business and technical architecture strategies in collaboration with technical andbusiness teams.

Providing maintenance of services evolving the software versions and infrastructure identifying preventing and resolving incidents managing obsolescence and automated monitoring solutions for your portfolio of services..

Reporting to a Software engineering manager and interacting with a product owner and business stakeholders providing timely estimates lon

changes

Ensuring software engineers build agreed solutions rigorously test it and implement it to the highest standards while adhering to the Banks methodology driven Scrum practices.

Delivering 5x9s product availability as the default for all critical Document Management services and providing out of hours support on a rota basis.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a Full Stack or SW Developer and experience of software Engineering in Application

Development using the most recent versions of Java (8 onwards and springdook

Experience working with Angular

Understanding of microservice oriented Architecture running on Paas infrastructure EvenDriven Architecture RESTlul API architecture patterns.

Broad experience of are software development practices (Unit testing Test driven development or ClU)

Experience using GitHub Jira Jenkins during the development lifecycle as well as using automated tools to evaluate robustness quality and vulnerabilities of the code developed.

• Previous experience of supporting production related incidents until resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with SQL (Oracle Postgres and NoSQL. (Mongo DB)

• Experience with Katka 53.

• Exposure to DevOos ecosystem and automation tools to follow Continuous Integration lifecycle.

• Previous experience in Document Management domains.
