Restaurant Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mama's Tenders. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the staff, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining communication with the team and customers. The Restaurant Manager will be based in Amman, Jordan.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in hiring and managing a team
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in the F&B industry and managing not leas than 7 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Own a car is prefered.
• Excellent knowledge in using microsoft office ( Excell and Word).
