Patient Demographics: 65 yrs old
Physician in Group: 1
Support Staff: Medical Assistant Front office Assistant RN
Required Procedures: Wound care Ear lavages Sutures Cryotherapy
Duties/Responsibilities:
Acute care Hospital and ER
Annual Wellness Exams Follow Up Visits
Surgical Clearances
Triage calls and after hours with nurses.
Other Info:
Provider will be taking in call but never called back in.
EMR: Cerner
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active AZ License or IMLC
BC in IM or FM
DEA
Clean Record
