Guest Service Representative

You will play a key role as a lead/seniorbusiness analyst to be able to document the business requirements,work with technical teams. Technicalacumen is extremely important for this role, understanding howtechnical integrations work, understand basic of JSON, SOAP, APIsetc. Any experience with reservationsystems, rewards systems is very desirable. Someof the requirements: Develop andmaintain relationships with customers, both domestic and global. Elicit requirements usinginterviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, andtask/process/workflow analysis. Perform hands on system configuration and development/scripting asneeded. Develop test plans andperforms application testing for configuration or system-relatedchanges. Coordinate modulepatches, bundles, and upgrades, including testing, documentationand implementation with allstakeholders. Audit policies andcontrols related to area of scope to ensure legal requirements aremet and provide plan for compliance, asnecessary. Identify opportunitiesto improve systems through automation, process re-engineering andnew/improved features. Develop/deliver/maintain end user training and system documentationas needed. May serve as Project Manager for small projects. Provide production support, application maintenance anddocumentation for global systems within scope ofresponsibility. Maintainprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing professional publications; establishingpersonal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;participating in professionalsocieties.
