Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our wellestablished practice known for providing the highest quality patient care to our community. This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner with experience working with Medicare Advantage patients who is looking for a rewarding position that offers a great worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Split time between our office and a Skilled Nursing Facility providing a refreshing change of pace throughout the week.
- Monday to Friday schedule with no oncall duties.
- Manage an average patient volume of 1215 per day in the office.
- Collaborate with 12 other providers in the clinic supported by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Provide comprehensive care for adults focusing on wellness and chronic disease management.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medicare Advantage patients.
- Ability to manage adult patients and provide wellness and chronic care disease management.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patientcentered care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Active FL state medical license
- Managed Care Experience a plus
- Comfortable with EMR
- DEA and BLS/ACLS
