Interior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Defining product specifications creating digital drawings and cutting lists.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients vendors and teams to address clients needs
  
• Provide layouts general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on SketchUp layout by timeline quality assurance standards and client s project specifications.
  
• Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge given information and/or sketch drawings.
  
• You will be predominantly tasked with designing the following; kitchen cabinets beds wardrobes TV units showrooms vanity units workstations shops desks cladding and special spacerequired designs.
  
• Should be able to achieve the client s goals and requirements under the design scope
  

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in Architecture a master s is a plus.
  
• Expertise in SketchUp SketchUp Layout Lumion or Vray AutoCAD
  
• 4 years of proven work experience in the interior design industry with a portfolio of kitchen cabinets beds wardrobes and tv units (Not Upholstery Furniture design)
  
• Ability to work well under pressure
  
• Excellent time management and organization skills
  
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
  
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
  
• Must be able to study blueprints and design to suit as required by clients
  
• Must have a strong sense of color psychology before space settings.
  
• The Interior architect must have knowledge of design trends and the ability to meet the specific needs of manufacturers and other clients.
