Group Finance Manager Property Developer

• Review and check monthly financial statements;
  
• Prepare monthly group consolidated management report;
  
• Analysis on group consolidated management report;
  
• Prepare quarterly bursa report and board papers;
  
• Finalize of Group Audited Report and Part of Annual Report;
  
• Responsible for yearly financial budget;
  
• Review and check tax estimation and annual income tax return;
  
• Assist in checking feasibility studies for the projects;
  
• Review SST and Tourism Tax filing;
  
• Handling tax audit and SST audit;
  
• Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation;
  
• Dealing with the external auditors tax agent banker etc;
  
• Other ad hoc assignment.
  

Requirements

• Able to work independently energetic active and a team leader.
  

• Possess professional accounting qualification such as ACCA CIMA CPA ICAEW;
  
• At least Bachelor s Degree/Diploma in Accountancy Finance or any other related field.
  

• Minimum three (3) year related working experience in property development and/or auditing.
  
• Candidates with lesser related working experience or lower qualifications are encouraged to apply for the Assistant Manager position.
  

• Proficient in the requirements of accounting standards Companies Act 2016 and Income Tax Act.
  
• Analytical and strong attention to details
  
• Good and hands on in Microsoft Word Power Point and Excel
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
