Job Description
- Experience building and leading teams of project managers deploying agile methodologies in long, fixed cycle, high stakes environments
- Exceptional track record of setting up and embedding agile ways of working into organisations with high safety/quality delivery requirements and long, fixed cycle timelines
- Proven ability to drive successful project prioritisation across organisations
- Experience in a start-up or similarly fast paced environment
- Experience managing and working with carbon projects preferred
