Director Of Tax

Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Tax to lead our tax department. The Director of Tax will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companys tax function including compliance planning and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the tax department and manage all taxrelated activities.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax laws.
• Oversee tax audits and interact with tax authorities.
• Advise senior management on taxrelated issues and implications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
• CPA certification required; MST or JD preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
