Title: QA Location: Cleveland Ohio onsite 3 days a week
Contract612 months
Apex Systems is supporting a fortune 200 company out of Cleveland Ohio with a QA position. The QA Engineer will support the agile project and work closely with stakeholders creating test cases and lead production.
Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
Must Haves
Must Haves
5 years IT experience.
4 years work experience in the area of software testing/quality assurance.
3 years experience in manual test execution
3 years experience in automated test creation and execution.
3 years experience working with test management tools.
Proficient in testing software manually; including but not limited to experiencebased context exploratory and scenario testing.
Experience applying testing skills: Test plan and test case formulation report creation defect tracking and creation of acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience using various testing methodologies.
Exposure to Agile software delivery; acceptance test driven development and/or test driven development preferred.
Experience testing web applications in desktop and mobile browsers/devices preferred.
Experience with Agile development and release practices preferred.
Exposure to version control preferred.
Exposure to SQL preferred
