REMOTE Supplier Program Mgmt 6 - Travel Required

Job Description: Work statement is a nonmanagerial role nonleadership role.
Regular and predictable attendance is required

Serves as primary point of contact for supplier(s). Conducts oversight and management of strategies performance and development of largescale products and services. Manages technical business product delivery quality and inservice aspects of supplier/subcontractor relationships and performance. Establishes operating plan to monitor performance to plan. Identifies and manages all aspects of supplier statement of work RAA contractual commitments and performance to support company procurement strategies and contractual compliance and establishes operating plan.

Oversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs. Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs. Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases. Leads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans corrective and preventative actions. Leads the development of company or business unit procurement strategies. Provides oversight guidance and verification of work movement projects. Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Manages work movement plans.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher
7 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD4 years related work experience Master7 years related work experience 13 years related work experience etc.)
5 years experience in Supply Chain role

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Technical or engineering degree
Aerospace experience
Manufacturing experience in machining/metal work or tooling
Supplier quality/performance experience
Project management

Physical requirements:
Must be able to travel (up to 20%)
