Company/Client Overview:

The Company is a startup building a mobility app. We create educational and entertaining content on mobility and flexibility training to help people to improve their range of motion and reduce back pain.

We are hiring for a savvy Growth Marketer / Writer who is creative talented at writing and who has experience with growth hacking social media accounts from 0 to 1 million in a short space of time. This candidate will also be expected to quickly learn the ins and outs of our specific industry niche which is mobility and flexibility training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts specifically YouTube TikTok and Instagram. This includes coming up with growth hacking strategies as well as the daytoday operation of these accounts including posting captioning and responding to the community
• Write and edit video scripts for short form and long form videos and work closely with the video editor to improve those videos in order to increase video watch time.
• Use our AI tool to create audio narrations of scripts and refine those audio files using audio editing software
• Repurpose video content into emails and blog posts

Minimum Requirements:

• 23 Experience growing YouTube tik tok and Instagram accounts
• Very strong writing skills particularly with writing scripts for video format
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have high autonomy entrepreneurial mindset selfstarter outofthe box thinking
• Strong understanding of Western Culture
• Be able to catch on quite quickly on the ins and outs of mobility training
• Self starter with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
