Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design develop and maintain backend systems using Python.
• Product Enhancement: Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and implement new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure highquality software delivery.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including frontend developers designers and product managers to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to backend processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 02 years of experience in backend development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g. Django Flask).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a remote collaborative team environment.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ProductBased Experience: Prior experience working in a productbased company.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
