Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software sales excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of market research and negotiation principles.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop strategies to generate new work from existing customers.
2) Create and send proposals and contracts.
3) Convert leads into paying customers.
4) Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied and repeat business.
Required Skills:
1) Knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles.
2) Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
3) Strong analytical and timemanagement skills.
4) Ability to create professional sales proposals.
5) Upselling and crossselling skills.
6) Flexibility in work schedule.
7) Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
8) Technical knowledge of software operations is a plus.
