The role of a Domestic Recruiter IT/Non IT is crucial in sourcing assessing and hiring top talent in the IT and nonIT domains. This individual plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of the organization by effectively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and nontechnical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source screen and qualify candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the management team.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events as a brand ambassador.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a domestic recruiter with a focus on both IT and nonIT positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging with candidates through various platforms and channels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of technical and nontechnical job roles and their respective requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Adept at conducting behavioral interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates.
