Job Description:
As a Technical Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified
candidates for various IT positions within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a
minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and possess a strong understanding of the
recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques (job boards social media networking etc.) to attract a diverse
pool of candidates.
Review resumes and applications to determine suitability and qualifications of candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and technical skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the clients and candidates.
Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting candidates for various positions.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Bachelors degree in any reputed university
Should have experienced in consultancy/staffing background.
