About Thimblerr
Thimblerr is an earlystage company with a mission to disrupt how fashion brands manufacture and source
their products. We are creating AWS for fashion that helps brands of all sizes to design and manufacture their product in the nimblest and most demand linked fashion. By leveraging cutting edge tech and data we aim to solve for each step of the fashion supply chain in the USD 800Bn global manufacturing market.

Key Responsibilities
Zero to One Supply Chain Solutions: Identify and solve critical supply chain challenges from inception to execution creating innovative and scalable solutions.
Critical Supply Chain Initiatives: Lead and manage the most critical supply chain projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Team Building and Management: Build and manage highperforming teams in a buildoperatetransfer mode to tackle various supply chain functions.
Large Operations Management: Oversee largescale operations including setting up factories building raw material supply chains and optimizing production processes.
P&L Management: Handle the P&L for specific business functions ensuring financial targets are met and driving profitability.
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in managing and solving complex supply chain problems with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build manage and mentor highperforming teams.
Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage largescale operations and drive operational efficiencies.
Financial Acumen: Experience in handling P&L responsibilities and driving financial performance.
Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex supply chain challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
