Job Description
Overview:
As a Dentist BDS you will play a crucial role in providing preventive and restorative dental care to patients. Your expertise in diagnosing and treating various dental conditions will contribute to improving and maintaining patients oral health. Your role involves building relationships with patients educating them about oral hygiene and delivering personalized treatments to address their dental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dental examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings extractions and root canals
- Develop treatment plans for patients dental issues
- Advise patients on oral health and hygiene practices
- Utilize dental equipment and tools effectively
- Interpret diagnostic tests and Xrays
- Monitor patients progress and response to treatments
- Maintain accurate dental records
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards
- Participate in continuous education and training
- Manage dental office operations efficiently
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns
- Stay updated with advancements in dental technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree
- Licensure to practice dentistry
- Proven experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency in using dental instruments and equipment
- Sound knowledge of oral health and dental procedures
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to ethical dental practices
