Field Engineer

Due to increased business demand our Technical Services Department has a brand new vacancy for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our dynamic dedicated team within BRITA Vivreau! This is a full time field based role to attend to BRITA Vivreau customers situated in and around central London. You will require a full clean UK driving licence.

The purpose of the role is to install service & repair equipment on our customer sites carry out surveys and deliver on site training after installation of our Vivreau Dispenser Systems across South/West Boroughs of Central London.

• Represent BRITA on customer sites ensuring that expectations are met and any issues are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
• Carry out site surveys feedback options and recommendations to sales in order for the correct proposal be created for the customer.
• Install and commission BRITA Vivreau systems and carry out onsite customer training.
• Complete fault diagnosis and repairs on BRITA Vivreau product range ensuring that all Health & Safety and site processes are adhered to.
• Ensure that steps are taken to prevent faults reoccurring and jobs are fixed on the first visit whenever possible.
• Complete PPM filter exchanges on customer sites as directed by the Service Delivery Planners.
• Manage spare parts ensuring stock usage is logged via PDA so that safety stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure all tools are inspected before use and used inline with the manufactures guidelines. Any defects or lose to be reported to line manager.
• Vehicles to be kept clean & tidy at all times.
• All administration including fleet checks site surveys and job notes to be completed on time and submitted to the relevant person.
• Manage all spare parts and stock usage as well as updating the administration and PDA systems which is an essential part of the job.

To be successful in this role you will

Be detail orientated organised and approachable with a positive attitude & enjoy using your initiative. Our customers are important to us which will require a high level of customer service excellence. If you have a valid CSCS card that will be an added bonus but not essential. Last but not least you must hold a clean valid UK Driving licence.
