Your Role

We are hiring a proactive and detailoriented Virtual Assistant. This role will support US hours/timezone. Successful candidates
will have excellent organizational and communication skills proficient understanding of the life sciences industry and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal projects ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments meetings travel arrangements etc.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
  • Ensure proactive communication timely email correspondences and coordinate followup tasks.
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings including preparation of agendas taking minutes and following up on action items as needed.
  • Maintain contact lists assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing client reports. Assist in the preparation and review of clientfacing documents and presentations.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of content for various platforms.
  • Compile and analyze data for internal reports and presentations as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Additional administrative support/responsibilities as needed.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role preferably within the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.

Associate degree or higher in related IT discipline. 2-5 years of experience in IT support is required, preferably within a manufacturing or regulated environment. Experience with Siemens systems is a plus. PLC programming experience is a plus. Proficient in various hardware and software systems maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficient in technical writing and documentation. Experienced in writing and reviewing required records and documentation. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong organizational skills to self-direct and manage multiple priorities and projects. Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
