Class A OTR Mentor

We are seeking experienced truck drivers to join our team as Over the Road (OTR) Mentors. As an OTR Mentor you will play a crucial role in training and guiding apprentices on how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in compliance with state and local laws as well as company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers to pass on their knowledge and earn through mentor bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor new drivers on safe driving techniques proper handling of equipment and adherence to state and local regulations.
• Instruct apprentices on company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of apprentices providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Ensure all driving activities are performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Assist apprentices in navigating and delivering to various locations across the 48 lower states.

Schedule:

• Home Time: 34 days every 34 weeks allowing for a balance between work and personal life.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate driving and mentoring duties.

Equipment:

• Drive topoftheline companyprovided sleeper trucks with 53 trailers.
• All trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions for ease of use and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 months of overtheroad driving experience.
