What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for expansive client initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison with senior client stakeholders, engaging frequently with main program or customer boards to discuss project status, budget, scope, and challenges
  • Provide leadership, overseeing cross-functional teams and coordinating implementation plans with both internal and external resources, including local and offshore teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction by successfully realizing business benefits and addressing key business drivers
  • Communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Take accountability for the project's financial performance
  • Ensure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements

What You Will Bring

  • Robust background in telecom and IT within a Systems Integration (SI) and/or Consulting environment
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a software professional services organization or consulting background
  • Logical problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting project timelines and deliverables, emphasizing attention to detail, process adherence, deadlines, and quality results
  • Demonstrated success working with virtual teams of diverse cultures, establishing effective distributed delivery
  • Success stories in customer engagement, spanning initiative assessment, project planning, and seamless implementation

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of medium sized projects including the recovery of remedial projects.
