The skill sets of the senior engineer are to ensure a robust model being used to identify bottlenecks, optimize production and perform all the modelling work related to the condensate and gas systems (from reservoir to sales points) as well as forecast. They provide developmental scenarios for projects in line with the company’s strategic vision to allow the department a technical basis for planning decisions.
Job Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
To implement and execute the following:
Responsible for nodal analysis, integrated production system modelling and optimization studies to identify and recommend opportunities from minimizing subsurface and surface bottlenecks, lift revision and operational enhancements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Petroleum or Chemical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in Production Engineering with specific experience in NAG production and system modelling
Skills:
Effective in a multi-discipline team environment – creative and collaborative.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
