Position: Senior Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Project Planning and Leadership:

Lead strategic project planning initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct resource planning and oversee subcontractors plans for optimal resource allocation.

Provide detailed weekly progress reports to stakeholders and uphold health and safety standards onsite.

Manage material procurement processes efficiently to ensure seamless workflow.

2. Project Execution Excellence and Stakeholder Management:

Directly oversee the integration of electrical systems into project frameworks.

Lead weekly site meetings to foster effective communication and problemsolving.

Participate in client inspections managing expectations and relationships.

3. Quality Control and Continuous Improvement:

Monitor project progress and make proactive adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Establish and enforce stringent quality control procedures fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

4. Effective Communication and Reporting:

Maintain open communication channels with contractors team members and stakeholders.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders offering clear insights into project status.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings blueprints and schematics.

Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in MS Excel Outlook and collaboration platforms.

Several years of experience in seniorlevel electrical project management or related roles.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead crossfunctional teams effectively.

Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
