Project Assistant

Due to our ongoing expansion in Wismar we are looking to grow our team by adding another Project Assistant. You would be working alongsidewith the current Project Assistant in order to handle the increasing workload.We are in search of a organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing various administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations of our projects.

Fluency in both English and German along with background in administrative work is essential for this position.

Primary Duties:

• Coordinating applications for yard access permits
• Scheduling essential safety and training courses
• Managing travel arrangements and accommodations
• Overseeing apartment administration in German
• Performing administrative tasks related to warehouse and material management

You will receive support from the office and finance teams in Finland and Project Assistants in various other locations.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in administrative roles
• Proficiency in computer skills

• Strong problemsolving abilities
