HR Intern

About the role

In order to enable the strong growth of our company BYD Europe is looking for an HR Intern to join our young international team with a passion for innovation and a cando attitude.

As a HR intern you support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of general and various functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and completing recruitment tasks.
• Assist in scheduling candidate interviews.
• Assist in organizing onthejob training programs for employees.
• Assist in designing and calculating incentive plans.
• Assist in managing activity funds.
• Assist in promoting corporate culture.
• Assist in managing organizational positions.
• Manage the document signing process for the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management abilities capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
• Fluent English Chinese or Dutch is a plus.
• EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa and CAN sign triparty intern agreement).
