As a Media Researcher you will play a pivotal role in driving our companys commercial programming and marketing operations by harnessing the power of research insight and analysis. Your role is crucial for our transformation.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing audience and consumer research activities collaborating with various teams and using data to deliver compelling sales arguments.

Help build the role and set up the market research for Bauer Group;
Assist in shaping the companys marketing and brand strategy by delivering rich consumer and audience insights;
Oversee all aspects of audience and consumer research activities for our radio and audio brands utilizing primary and secondary data sources;
Develop and deliver compelling sales arguments to the sales team agencies and clients to bolster the companys commercial success;
Work closely with our programming teams to infuse insights into our broadcast and digital content output;
Analyze and interpret radio and audio measurement data ensuring that the outputs are understandable to nonspecialist audiences;
Have a handson approach to developing the companys digital metrics and understand the broadcasting metrics to make decisions based on that;
Identify research gaps whether commercial or contentrelated and propose strategic and tactical qualitative and quantitative research projects to address these gaps.
Experience in a media insight role at a senior level within a media owner media agency or research agency environment;
Proficiency in using radio audience data and other primary and secondary data sources with the ability to integrate and analyze multiple datasets;
Proven experience in translating research and data into a language that motivates stakeholders both internally and externally to make informed decisions;
Ability to suggest and defend ideas as well as challenge other ideas having improvement in mind;
Ability to sort out what needs to be done and how to get there;
Build dashboards and graphics;
An avid interest in radio audio and the broader media industry along with a keen awareness of evolving audience behaviors;
A motivated flexible growthoriented and proactive individual who demonstrates a genuine passion for research and insight;
Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in fastpaced environments.
Experience and knowledge of Power BI YUMI Google Analytics or Programmatic Advertising tools;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Ability to present data in innovative and exciting ways inspiring stakeholders with your insights and findings;
