Job Mission


Your primary mission will be to help private customers in the Swedish market with advice on batteries and tailormade solutions for Tibber customers. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the sales journey providing highquality service and perfectly tailored battery and solar cell solutions.


Sales Activities:
Sell Homevolt products to new and returning customers via email and phone focussing on already existing leads

Customer Support: Assist private household customers with their battery needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Guidance: Guide customers through the sales journey with high service standards.

TeamContribution: Contribute to the development of Tibber and support your sales team.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve and refine the sales process and product offerings.


Ideal Profile


Proven Experience
in solar and battery sales via phone.

Solar Solutions experience in projecting solar solutions and relevant educational background.

B2C Sales: Previous experience in B2C sales of batteries is highly valued.

Educational Mindset able to explain complex products clearly.

Clever and quickthinking able to adapt to different customer needs.

Trustworthy and reliable maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.

ResultDriven: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive outlook and enjoy working in a team environment.

Curious and Knowledgeable: Enjoy challenging yourself and others curious about new technologies and love sharing your knowledge.

GoalOriented: Thrive on working towards goals have high ambition and like to maintain a fast pace.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both spoken and written are essential.
