Purpose of the role:

As a Copywriter you will create compelling content for diverse venues including casino lounges restaurants bakery and hotel. Fluent in both English and Estonian youll craft persuasive copy across various channelsemails landing pages blogs ads social mediato engage our audience. Collaborating closely with teams youll ensure consistency with brand standards while driving measurable results through datadriven decisions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brands presence and achieving marketing objectives.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Craft compelling and persuasive copy for our products including casino lounges restaurants bakery and hotel across various marketing channels such as emails landing pages blogs ads social media and chat newsletters.
• Conduct comprehensive research to grasp the needs pain points and motivations of our target audience tailoring messaging accordingly.
• Generate enticing offers and calls to action that boost response rates and drive conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing team designers and other stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with our brand identity and objectives.
• Continuously experiment with and refine copy to enhance performance metrics such as open rates clickthrough rates conversion rates and engagement levels.
• Keep abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in copywriting and direct response marketing.

Key skills & experience:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a copywriter/content manager preferably within industries such as iGaming luxury hospitality or dining with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Exceptional command of both English and Estonian languages with superior writing editing and proofreading abilities. Ability to craft clear concise and compelling copy that incites action.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering highquality work within strict deadlines.
• Comfortable operating in a fastpaced dynamic environment characteristic of a startup.
• Demonstrated track record of creating copy that drives high conversions and delivers measurable results.
• Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal skills adept at collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
