Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business hospitality management preferred
- 12 years Hospitality Leadership experience
- Casino RV and Hotel operations experience is a plus
About the Role
The Hotel Manager is tasked with supervising the daily operations of the hotel and RV park ensuring exceptional cleanliness service and guest satisfaction. This position requires leading and inspiring a team managing operational activities and utilizing hospitality management systems to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead manage and motivate a highperforming team across hotel and RV park operations.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Optimize staff scheduling to meet operational demands while maintaining costeffective labor management.
- Supervise daily operations ensuring topnotch cleanliness service and guest satisfaction.
- Leverage hospitality management systems to streamline processes and improve the guest experience.
- Implement service enhancements based on guest feedback and industry best practices. Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage supply ordering stock levels and regular inventories. Ensure sufficient supplies while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to maintain competitive and marketaligned rates. Use analytical skills to evaluate pricing strategies and adjust rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and best practices. Stay informed on legal standards and policies.
- Regularly evaluate performance to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to processes technology and strategies to enhance efficiency customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Oversee and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Directly manage hiring training performance evaluations and resolution of staff issues fostering a supportive and motivated team environment.
