Legal Assistant Wage & Hour Class Action (Irvine)

As our Legal Assistant in our Wage & Hour Class Action department you will have the opportunity to assist our Paralegals and Attorneys in achieving the largest possible settlements and verdicts for our clients.

Impact:
As our Legal Assistant in our Wage & Hour Class Action department you will have the opportunity to assist our Paralegals and Attorneys in achieving the largest possible settlements and verdicts for our clients.
Daily Tasks:
- Calendar and manage court deadlines.
- Prepare documents for filing.
- Communicate with clients in an effective and courteous manner.
- Assist with pretrial preparation including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or extensive relevant paralegal experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wage and hour law.
- Knowledge of filing procedures including efiling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in Spanish huge plus.
- Type at least 40 WPM.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
