As the Vice President of Analytics and Strategy for a national retailer you’ll lead key initiatives implement the company vision and provide effective solutions. You’ll balance datadriven decision science with qualitative research to understand consumer product and macro trends.
Your leadership will challenge internal thinking provide objective views of opportunities and risks and manage global initiatives. You’ll provide analytical problemsolving and strategy development support lead the decision science team and oversee the company's strategic initiative portfolio.
You’ll serve as a key member of the senior leadership team work in partnership with function leaders and partner on strategic crossfunctional initiatives.
You should have exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills 15 years of experience in a related field a BA or BS degree (MBA preferred) and deep knowledge of the retail and/or wholesale industry. You should have experience leading diverse project teams excellent communication skills understanding of global market dynamics strong influence skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally. Mergers and acquisition expertise and the ability to travel globally are required.
