Deine Aufgaben

• Leading a talented and dynamic team of engineers through exemplary role modelling fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Driving and facilitating critical technical decisions within your team ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
• Designing intuitive and scalable API products that enable our partners to effortlessly integrate and offer our services in the home energy consultation space to their customers
• Collaborating with highprofile partners in the home sector providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless integration and always (99.9%) availability
• Maintaining and enhancing a suite of GoLang and Typescript applications running in Kubernetes ensuring high performance scalability and reliability

• You are passionate about delivering highquality products and can effectively articulate their value to stakeholders driving adoption and impact
• You possess strong communication skills and maintain a calm and professional demeanor even in highpressure situations
• You have a deep understanding of what constitutes a great API product with a focus on usability and integration ease
• You have experience with B2B2C dynamics and can navigate the complexities of offering products that cater to both businesses and end consumers
• You are excited to take ownership over infrastructure
• You thrive in taking the initiative and driving projects independently showcasing your ability to lead without constant guidance from a Product Manager.
• EventDriven Design: You have expertise in designing and implementing eventdriven systems and architectures.
• DevOps: You are proficient in tools and practices including CI/CD containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker).
