Tasks

We are seeking an ambitious Founder Associate to expand our reach and partnerships within the crypto space. Do you have a strong interest in crypto and are ready to tackle any task that comes your way As a Founder Associate at Klink you will work directly with the founders to drive growth establish strategic partnerships and support our mission to build the best place to earn crypto globally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the crypto space.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the founders as well as Product and Marketing teams to devise and implement strategies for growth and user acquisition.
• Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that align with Klinks objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to remain informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Work directly with the founders on a multitude of tasks both strategic and administrative.
• Deliver regular updates and reports on founding partnership activities and achievements.

Requirements

• 1 years of professional experience in business development preferably in the crypto space.
• Proven ability to identify negotiate and close partnership deals.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto market.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
