Job Description

Magic Square is a leading Web3 App Store offering innovative advertising solutions and forging strong relationships with developers and advertisers. We are dedicated to revolutionizing the Web3 ecosystem by providing toptier services and building strong longlasting client relationships.

We are seeking a talented Web3 B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our sales growth in this rapidly evolving industry.

Tasks

  • Actively manage the entire sales cycle from pitching to negotiations and signing agreements highvolume sales.
  • Leveraging mainly existing clients to generate new business opportunities through CPA marketing campaigns Hot Offers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored marketing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Engage with clients via Telegram and video calls maintaining and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with founders and Clevel executives across web3 companies building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure retention.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Indepth understanding of the cryptocurrency market blockchain technology and web3 narratives either via onchain or working experience.
  • Proven track record in successful sales business development and managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience in SaaS email marketing or marketing tech sales is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in professional English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail strong analytical skills and effective time management.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit initiative high selfawareness and emotional intelligence.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
