German Technical Support for Adobe

Join our team in Sofia Bulgaria as a Technical Support Specialist for Adobe. We are looking for talented German speakers who are passionate about technology and customer service. This fulltime role involves providing postsales support software installation and handling technical queries for Adobe products.

Tasks

• Support postsales activities including order processing returns exchanges account management installation and software activation.
• Assist with software installation and deployment for licensed users across Microsoft Windows and Apple MAC operating systems.
• Address technical questions and howto inquiries from customers for the entire range of Adobe products.
• Resolve known customer issues using a knowledge base product user guides and other reference materials.
• Maintain a functional understanding of different operating systems and platforms.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
• Strong communication interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Accuracy research skills and attention to detail.
• Good active listening skills and the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• University degree preferred.
• Proficiency in PC skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

Benefits

• Salary: 3500 BGN gross per month (approximately 1790).
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday 10:0019:00.
• Breaks: 1hour lunch break and two 15minute breaks.
• Holidays: 20 business days per year.
• Training: Comprehensive initial training and onboarding (fully paid).
• Relocation Support: Up to 490 BGN (approximately 250) travel refund after 6 months 2 weeks in a city center hotel (breakfast included) optional salary advance of 1056 BGN (approximately 540).
