German Sales Officer within a bank

Join our team as a Sales Officer in Gzira Malta located by the seafront. This role involves handling sales customer onboarding and document verification for our loan portfolio. No prior sales experience is required though it is a plus. We are looking for confident individuals with strong customer care experience and excellent speaking skills.

Tasks

• Handle sales and customer onboarding processes.
• Verify documents related to the loan portfolio.
• Maintain and manage customer databases.
• Engage with clients ensuring a high level of service and support.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer care or working with customer databases.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in sales interactions.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with potential weekend shifts.
• No prior sales experience required but it is a plus.

Benefits

Salary: 23000 per annum.

Tax Rate: 1520%.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 am 6 pm.

Breaks: Lunch break provided.

Annual Leave: 22 days.

Training: 1day initial training and 6month probation period with performance reviews after 1 month 3 months and 6 months.

Relocation Support: 1000 reclaimable via expenses for relocation including flight taxi and rent paid in advance. Receipts required for reimbursement.
