Job Description

Regulatory changes in the EU are requiring 50.000 companies and financial institutions to measure and report their sustainability performance within the next 2 years. Atlas is set to become the partner of choice by combining stateofart ESG and engineering expertise in a highly intuitive product experience.

We are looking for motivated junior candidates to join our growth team as interns in Sales Marketing Sales Operations or Customer Success. As one of the earliest team members you will play a key role in our company. You will join an international team of talented experienced engineers designers and ESG professionals headquartered in Berlin during a highgrowth phase of our business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highgrowth company tackling critical sustainability challenges learn from industry experts and gain valuable experience and skills in your chosen field.

The position will start as a 6month internship with the possibility of converting into a permanent position if you are successful in the role.

Tasks

  • Sales internship: Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification; assist in managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities; help prepare sales presentations and proposals; conduct market research to identify potential customers.
  • Marketing internship: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies; support performance marketing campaigns across various channels; contribute to SEO and SEA initiatives to enhance online visibility; create engaging content for blogs articles and social media.
  • Sales Operations internship: Assist in optimizing sales processes and reporting; support the sales journey through data analysis and tool implementation; contribute to the adoption of sales tools and technologies; conduct analytical tasks to enhance sales performance.
  • Customer Success internship: Assist in managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction; collaborate in developing and implementing customer success strategies; support the onboarding and training of new customers; conduct and analyze customer feedback surveys.

Requirements

  • You are motivated and goaloriented: You have a strong interest in your chosen field and possess the relevant foundational skills. You are a creative thinker with excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • You are entrepreneurial: You are resultsdriven and thrive in a startup environment. You think creatively are solutionoriented adaptable to change and have a drive for continuous innovation.

More specifically:

  • Sales Operations internship: You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Marketing internship: You have a strong interest in marketing and digital strategies with good creative skills and understanding of marketing principles.
  • Sales and Customer Success internships: You have a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must be fluent in English. Proficiency in German is a plus.
