Painting Supervisor - Shipyard

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Supervisor for one of our clients working for the Indian Navy Shipyard. The Paint Supervisor will oversee and coordinate painting activities ensuring highquality work and adherence to safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily painting operations at the shipyard and assign tasks to the painting team.
• Provide guidance training and support to painters to ensure quality and efficiency
• Connect with the team members to discuss project progress and address any issues.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure completion within deadlines.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to improve work output.
• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate
• Prior 45 years of experience as Supervisor
• Good Communication skills and Presentable
• Candidate needs to be a confident person as the person needs to coordinate with Indian Navy professionals. Also has to face the inspection.
• Male Candidate preferred.
