The Role

As a Content Moderator (Knowledge Graph) youll be a key player in ensuring a safe and legal environment for our platform. Youll be responsible for reviewing merchandise and products sold through the app upholding high safety and security standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fluency in German and English written and spoken.

Heres What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive gross monthly salary of 850 euros along with a role compliment of 50 euros and a special permanency bonus of 150 euros.
• Attractive Bonuses: On top of your base salary youll receive both Holiday and Christmas bonuses each equivalent to one extra month of your salary (including base salary role compliment and permanency bonus)!
• Language Bonus: We recognize your fluency in German and English with a language bonus of 200 euros per month.
• Loyalty Bonus: We value your commitment! Youll receive a loyalty bonus of 300 euros every 3 months to show our appreciation for your continued contribution.
• Signing Bonus: To help you get settled we offer a signing bonus of 3000 euros. Youll receive 1000 euros after your first month with an additional 250 euros paid quarterly over the next 8 quarters (24 months).
• Performance Bonus: Theres potential to earn even more! You may be eligible for a performance bonus of 120 per month subject to meeting the terms and conditions of the bonus plan after your fourth month of production.
• Relocation Support: Moving to Lisbon Weve got you covered! We offer reimbursement for travel expenses (up to 200) and accommodation costs (up to 400 euros per month for the first 4 months) to help ease your transition.
• Medical and Dental Insurance: We offer medical and dental insurance coverage after 6 months of employment.
