Description:
As a Software Engineer you will be designing and amp; writing software for the products we are creating.Some of the activities include following:
- Attend the team Standups and share what was accomplished yesterday and planned for today. Discuss the design/implementation approach of new features and negotiate acceptance criteria.
- Write clean efficient code implementing features with sufficient test coverage and deploy and validate your solution.
- Participate in code peer reviews respond to yours.
- Learn new things as well as become an expert in our HERE domain and services.
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent:

- 2 years of software design and amp; development experience. Good to have experience in working on distributed scalable system
- Excellent skills in Java and Scala programming. and nbsp;
- Good knowledge of System Design and Algorithms
- Experience in RESTbased web service technologies JSON and XML microservices architectures
- Solid knowledge of programming practices strive to write great code that is reusable flexible and reliable.
- Proficiency in using CI/CD and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA GitLab Wikis)
- Selfmotivated wellorganized detailoriented and a strong team player with an agile mindset.Knowledge of data structures and algorithms is must.
- Experience with Apache Spark Amazon Web Services and AWS EMR is considered a plus
