Job Description: As a Circle Sales Manager (CSM) you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals strategize and implement effective sales plans and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Leading mentoring and motivating the sales team to maximize performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:
