Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns contribute to the creation of marketing materials and support various marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print and social media.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts engaging with followers and tracking social media metrics.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as trade shows webinars and product launches.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales design and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases managing marketing budgets and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g. HubSpot Google Analytics Mailchimp).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
