Junior Accountant

Job Description:
The Junior Accountant assists in maintaining financial records preparing reports and reconciling accounts to support the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accounts
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Help with budget preparation and variance analysis
• Conduct account analysis and assist with audits
• Provide support for accounts payable and receivable processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
• Some experience in accounting or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
