A fastmoving local Insurance Group is looking for a highcalibre Manager to drive business of emarketing Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to both the strategic and tactical planning of the business to achieve business growth and hit sales targets
- Demonstrate advanced esales/service techniques to team conduct market research and customer analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Drive the implementation of business strategies to deliver a differentiated level service to customers
- Analyze customer servicerelated information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer service challenges and to identify opportunities to improve customer service
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure operation procedures are in compliance with the company and regulatory requirements
- Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of all business activities
- Develop and drive a culture that supports coaching developing and motivating employees to perform to their highest standards
Requirements:
- University Graduate in any disciplines
- Rich insurance experience preferably in General Insurance
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE paper 1 & 2)
- Excellent Ebusiness knowledge & experience in Call Centre an advantage
- Good marketing senses and aggressive in business development
- Knowledge in wide range of personal lines General Insurance products.
- Good management skills with over 10 people for over 2 years
- Able to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
