Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

• Assist in developing and implementing email marketing strategies aimed at enhancing engagement driving conversions and retaining customers.
• Support the marketing team in creating and refining overall marketing strategies that align with the companys goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for innovation

2. Content Creation and Copywriting

• Create compelling target and targeted email marketing content including promotional emails newsletters and automated campaigns
• Write and edit highquality copy for various marketing materials including web content social media posts and press releases.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the companys brand voice style and messaging guidelines.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Track analyze and report on key email marketing metrics such as open rates clickthrough rates and conversion rates
• Utilize datadriven insights to optimize email marketing campaigns and improve performance
• Present regular reports to the marketing manager and team highlighting campaign results and areas for improvement.

4. Others

• Assist in the planning and execution of company events seminars online events and webinars
• Be adaptable and wiling to take on additional roles and tasks as needed during and outside of events contributing to various marketing projects and initiatives.

5. Additional Tasks

• Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics.
• Stay uptodate with the latest email marketing best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and customer services to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
• Strong writing editing and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge in email marketing platforms (E.g. Mailchimp HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus
• Multiskills in creative artwork is a plus
• Required languages: English Mandarin
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
